Please Help!!!! Oil In Water For Third Time!!!!

OK!!!! I AM ****** AND OUT OF OPTIONS!!!!!
Over the last 2 weeks, I have been through TWO new oil coolers!!! Got a BRAND NEW o-ringed head, and studded and I HAVE ALL OF THE OIL IN THE RADIATOR AGAIN.

i ran it this weekend and it seemed to be good but i looked at it this morning again and there was NO oil on the dipstick and it was all in the radiator again.

It something messed up with the block somewhere or what?????

All i know is I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!!!!!

I dont know the past history of this truck because i just got it this summer.

Did you do the head work because of the oil issue? If not, was it there before the head work?

Did you check for deck warpage on the block while it was apart??? Also did you look carefully for ANY tiny cracks or rust pits in the deck surface??? Is it a dreaded 53 block???

If it came from an area that has extremely cold temps in the winter it may have frozen and cracked the block internally. Sorry I cant be more help, but if your sure you got the oil cooler sealed good, and the head and gasket are new...... then???

i actually was not the one that put the new head on.
i did everything else besides take it off and put it on. I brought it to a local repair shop because i didnt have the time for it at the time. They do good work.
I guess i am going to send of the oil cooler tomorrow to a local radiator shop and get it pressure tested.

i didnt really see any water in the oil. But there was soo much oil in the water that it was puking out of the overflow reservoir. When i went outside this morning there was oil all over the ground.

When I was still a mechanic we saw this on some earlier Ford diesels where they were getting cracks in the block that didn't really open up till the engine got to running temperatures. You couldn't see them with the block in the engine stand though! After a lot of trial and error all we could do was find a new motor. I hope your is the oil cooler. Good luck man...that does suck.
