plastic wheelwell liner.

plastic wheelwell liner.
so im driving out to my desert place last friday afternoon. i hit the 10 east. doing about 80. finally i hit the 62 interchange about 88mph. i get over the bridge and i hear a moan from the truck (ok so i freak out) it only happens when i hit a rough section of road. i turn the whell slightly to the left it goes away. now i hit the section of road where the cross winds are awful. it never goes away.(wheel is slightly pulled to the left to counter 50+ mph winds) i pull over to find that wheel well liner had pulled off the button/bolts and is rubbing my tire! and now is about 15% gone by now. all this in about a mile.
after all the body shop has done for me after my accident. i would hate to go to them again.
are they cheap enough to buy or is it best to go thru them again?
sorry about the rant but it seems this little stuff is happening too much!

Its seems that I am having wheelwell liner problems too. I think my drivers side liner is causing a rattle in my floorboard! I jiggled it by hand and it seems to be loose.

It very well could be. I've repaired complaints of "can feel a thump in the floorboard" by removing mud flaps. Finally caught on to this sensation one day when it was really windy. Against the wind it would "thump", going with the wind you wouldn't feel a thing.
