plastic sleeves in expansion valve

plastic sleeves in expansion valve
Does anyone know if these come in a seal kit for the a/c system. The first valve i got from oriellys came with new ones, but it was the wrong valve. The new valve i got from autozone is the right valve, but did not come with the plastic sleeves. I hate to buy the other "wrong " valve just to get these 2 sleeves. I'm am missing the original small sleeve, the reason for this .
