I had some scorpion AT's on a toyota tacoma several years ago. Great in the mud, rather impressive actually, did fine every day driving. Don't know how they'd do on a heavier truck, but shouldn't have any problems. They're cheap too.

I would assume the tire is the Scorpion STR? I think it would be a great road tire but stink off road. If its a good deal I would jump on it.

17's? Do you have 17" rims that fit your 02? Because the new ford rims are the metric size and won't fit the 02 and under dodge bolt patterns.

My neighbor has an 03 ford with pirelli scorpion's on it, lets just say I'm not impressed with the way his are wearing.

YA I have a set 0f 04 dodge rims , want to mount a smaller set on them for highway and towing trips and keep my big tires on the orig . 16 inch rims. I guess I'll wait for the LTX's

I've got the STR/A's 265/75/16 E, and I think they are a great highway/towing tire. I've got about 20k on these tires and they are hardly showing the tread wear. But, just looking at the tread, you can tell they are not for the off-road crowd

I'm wondering the same thing. I JUST bought the Michelin LTX M/S and am looking to replace them. The truck is fishtailing on me...not sure if maybe I just got a bad batch or something. Regardless, I'm looking to change them, don't want to wait and go through that again. I found these Scorpions and am very intrigued to see what others are saying.
