pieces of foam in my A/C vents?
Just noticed there are dark colored foam pieces coming from somewhere in the dash , and trying to be blown out of the A/C vents , esp. in the 2 center ones .....what can I expect to have to fix soon
I`ve been lucky , and never had an issue with the A/C .....yet

You just need to fish them out with something. It's the foam that seals the vent opening to the duct or air tubes. I t means that there will be some ac air lost inside the dash. Not worth removing the dash for to repair. I have a vent with about a 2" piece that came loose. You can only see it with the fan on high. With the fan off, it falls back down inside the duct.

The foam down around the evap core is very different. it's a heavy/thick closed cell foam. (wont hold water like a sponge)The brown/gray around the vest is open celled, like a sponge or re-usable ac filter material.
