What kind of power you expecting to make with that thing? Boost numbers? Why didn't you go with a 24v head?

I was 559 HP at the time the turbo had enough. I am hoping for right around 700 HP with my small 370 injectors and with some injector lines and some shower heads 750+ I am putting an o-ring and reciever groove in the block to match the o-ring in the head and with the copper head gasket hopefully she'll hold 85+PSI or so.

24 valve head? I didn't even think about that. Too late now I do have a 24 valve intercooler that is being prepped for the high boost numbers.

Very impressive! I must have missed the post on the blown turbo. What happened? Did it destroy both turbos?

No I was running just a single HX-50 Hybred at the time of the blow up. I was on the Edge's dyno during our Utah Dyno days and she let go at 47 PSI of boost. It was back in Sept 03. It's been way too long w/o my truck
