pass.power window

i have a pass front power window , in which won't work from the passenger side. it will work from the drivers side no problems. it was acting up every once in awhile, but now no work at all. it always has and still is working from the drivers side switch. the window lock is not on.
now i though it was the switch, on pass, door, but i have replaced with a new switch, and still don't work.
does anyone know how these are wired up?
could it be the drivers switch, even though it still works from the drivers side????
is there a fuse not listed that i don't know about under the dash or some thing, maybe a separate relay some where that could be shot???
if any one knows , that would help me out big time.

Want to bet that you will also find that the rear windows will not work from the door switch either? However, everything will work from the drivers door.
Mine has done this for a long time. It is intermittant. I removed the switch in the drivers door. shot some electrical contact cleaner into it and reinstalled it. Everything then worked fine for a few months, but a few days ago the passenger window once again stopped working from the passenger door.

all the times that i have checked, the rear doors were working from their switch, but haven't check in quit some time.
i had a GM that was like that, for some reason the power went to the said door window, but then back again to finish off the circuit, through the drivers switch, and no work. i changed out the drivers switch, and everything was ok.
i just don't want to buy another switch, changed it, and no work still. once the package is opened, can't take it back.

I have the same problem...but I have found that if you have the passenger hold down the button and then have the driver push the door lock switch all windows will start to work again...can't explain it but it works and I haven't done anything to try and fix it because this works for me every time.

i have not tried that one, but i will as soon as i get somebody to help, because my arms are not long enough to this on my own!!!!!
this also tells me that it could be the drivers switch, i think they are all one switch, with the lock switch etc.

well had a passenger with me today, so i tried the lock switch while they held the window switch, and it worked, kept working too. so that tells me that the drivers side switch is not good, or on it's way out. i guess because of the window lock, the power must be routed through the drivers switch first before going to the pass side window motor. so it looks like a new switch will be on order, as i don't want problems in the colder weather.
