Paint Peeling
The paint is peeling off one corner of my front fender and another spot in the rear quarter. seems as if I read somewhere about Dodge paying to repaint trucks with known primer problems.
Anyone out there with same issue? stories?
Whats the best way to find out if my truck will qualify? Dealer?

Follow the instructions here completely and DC will repaint your pre '97 truck for free.
They will fight you tooth and nail the entire time and will blatantly lie but if you're persistent and don't give up you will win. DC paid just under $10,000 to repaint my two trucks, my choice of body shops. Problem is the primer, trucks must be stripped to bare metal.

There used to be tons of better websites that explaned the entire process but they are all gone. Guess by now most people who have had the problem have corrected it one way or another.

Update
was out doing some last minute x-mas shopping and stopped by the dealer.
I met with the service manager and he came out to look at the truck. He gave me his business card with the date and time of looking at the truck.
he would not give me the regional reps name or phone #.
I then called Chrysler, they assinged me a case # and took down the info.
They also would not give out the regional reps name or phone #.
I tried to find a list of regional reps or district manager by a google search but came up with nothing.
what next?

I told you they will try to make it difficult.
My local dealer gave me the rep's number. Granted it's been several years since I've done it but the representative I had to contact was a separate company from Chrysler. They asked if I was calling about peeling paint before I even asked. These are the folks who are supposed to represent Chrysler in small claims court. In my case they never showed up in court, I won.
So many cases against Chrysler on peeling paint have been brought that most likely every judge in the country is familiar. My bet is the reps don't bother going to court at all any more because they know they will lose but make no mistake they won't give up or help you one bit until they are summoned. They know that the vast majority of people will give up.
Great! Although the website whose instructions I followed no longer exsists it's still cached on google. Much better than the other one except none of the links work. http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:...s&ct=clnk&cd=3

Well, good luck getting it fixed. Sounds like you'll need to file a court case and be prepared to document the problem in court and possibly incur additional legal fees or hope that DC doesn't respond.
If not at 10 years and 150,000 miles, at some point common sense is going to say that the truck has lasted for an appropriate, reasonably expectable amount of time. I doubt people are going to be able to expect Chrysler to repaint their truck in 50 years.

I paid $47 to file in small claims. All the documentation you need used to be in the cached link I posted, some of the links still work.

Ok, they have all run me down a dead end road. They have no offer at all and state the "age and mileage disclaim any warranty". I reply by stating " it's not a warranty issue it's a factory defect". They still will not part with a name and number for a regional rep. I've been very polite.
So, I think I'm going to need some links for supporting documentation. The few from that google site don't work anymore.
