pac-brake engagement delay

pac-brake engagement delay
probably moisture in the air lines , however it takes about one hour of driving before my pac-brake works.
any ideas?

Which Pacbrake do you have? If it is the older style that uses vacuum, I would check that the air inlet on the controller solenoid is good. Moisture should not get into the line but "things" happen. If it is the PRXB someone else can help.

the truck is "new to me" and so is the pac-brake, i be believe it's the PRXB type, but i'm not completely sure, there is an air compressor and tank with air lines.
edit, it maybe this model as i a have 4" exhaust and a hx35 turbo.

problem gone.
engage the pac-brake switch at the beginning of the trip for a couple of minutes and hay-ho the pac-brake is working, no delay.
