I just bought a scan tool to see if the truck is showing any codes since i still won't start after 3 days and it is showing P1688 Internal Fuel Injection Pump Controller Failure. Does this mean i better start looking for a new Injection Pump? Any help would be great. By the way its a 1999 Dodge 2500 24 valve with 150K on it, and a new lift pump about 2 months ago. It ran great one day and then the next day wouldn't start, thought it was gelled since it was below 0 both days, tryed all the thoughts from this board and still no start, tryed a new fuel filter with fresh diesel, heating blanket over the injection pump and lines, cracked the injetors to see if i had any fuel and only fuel to 2-3 of them. This board is a great resource, that to everyone that responded to my other posts.

Darn thats what i hadn't hoped for but i guess it gives me a excuss to buy a Hot Rod Pump. Thanks for everyones help on this board
