I think it finaly went, it has been leaking for about a month or so. Then tonight I went to leave the driveway and hear a weird sound, and felt a kind of grinding in the brake peddle. Can any one back me up on this, and also is the a "better" P/S gear out there, that is comparible in price. How hard is it going to be to change, anything special that goes along with changing it???

Took me about an hour today to put in an AGR box. Pump goes in tomorrow.
1 13mm bolt holding steering U joint to box
3 21mm bolts holding box to frame
2 18mm line fittings holding return nipple in and pressure line on
1 1 1/4" nut for pitman arm (didn't fit quite right but it worked)

do everything from below, it's alot easier then fishing through the wires and hoses from above.

You'll need a pitman arm puller, I think I got mine from Autozone awhile back for about $15.

I am about 90% done with my rebuild, Energy Suspension control arm bushing, Energy Suspension shock bushings, new drag link, DT track bar, DT steering box brace (Only reason I went with them is because the Solid Steel unit won't fit with my plow mount), Skyjacker dual stabilizers, AGR variable ratio box, AGR pump, 4" exhaust, new P/S lines, window fuzzies, tailgate strikers, pass side mirror and LMC door hinge repair kits.
