Question comes to this, my 97, only does the temp and direction for the obvious reasons of not having the onboard computer like the 24 v have, lookin at a 98 24v here, actually foudn it after hours saturday and not open today, question i have is this. the overhead is still the same as the one in my 97(looks the same) will it still have the diffrent modes for mileage and trip clock and all that the 99 has?

My buddy has a 98.5 24 valve auto. His has the ovehead computer and has the fuel mileage in it, both avg and intant, as well as distance to empty.
