I want to lift my truck. I don't want anything crazy just yet. I already have wheels for it " freebie". They are 16x8.

I want some opinions on tires for those wheels. I was thinking Dunlop mud terrains in 35x 12.50 size. I want a tire that can still hold up off road if needed but will be mostly used on the streets. Aggressive look is important to me.

Now to clear these tires, I was thinking a 3 inch coil spacers up front and a add a leaf in the rear. Probably the BDS kit. Any inputs on something better?

In addition I was thinking of a 2 or 3 inch body lift.

Any input or suggestions is welcome. I am looking for good quality parts but I am not looking for million dollar parts.

Just personal preference, but I do not like body lifts at all. That said, a leveling kit will typically clear 35's with the right wheel offset and width.

If you want to go higher, I strongly recommend doing it all with a lift. JMO.

As far as rubber, I really like the Toyo MTs and the Cooper STT (Ior SST or whatever it's called) is looking like it might be a decent tire.

I think I am going to throw out the body lift idea after I did some more reading.

Does anyone have a brand or kit in mind?
