Online instructions for replacing fluids in NV4500 & Dana 80?

Anyone have website for instructions on fluid replacement for Dana 80 and NV4500?

To change the fluid in the diff, you're gonna have to bust the cover off. Fill it up to ~1/4" below the fill line. I'm never that good, and just fill it to the line.

To drain the tranny, take one of the bottom bolts out of the PTO cover, and it'll come out there. The fill plug is a 3/8" allen head. Takes just under 4 litres to fill.

while were on fluids. What fluid and how much does the 241DHD take?

Nice info page, thanks. mines 6.5 though. Why is the HD case take almost a pint and a half more? is it physically bigger than a regular 241?

I'd imagine its a bit bigger to accomodate a PTO drive.
