Old Geezer Towing Question
While towing my fifth wheel I gross out at 20,000# plus with my 05, 3500, A/T, 4X4. I am not interested in drag racing rather getting the best milage while pulling the 20k at a reasonable speed. I have a Quadzilla Commander coming and am looking at a Banks compression brake. Are there any suggestions for strong pulling and keeping the EGT's, trans temps, etc in safe range?

bud, keep in mind that the bank$ exhaust brake uses a belt driven vacuum pump(unless the changed things) to operate the brake. anytime the engine is running(whether the brake is on or off) the pump is operating. meaning wearing out.
alot of other manufacturers sell better brakes that operate either electrically, or will an on board air compressor(which can be used for other functions as well). these styles of systems only operate when the brake is commanded giving longer component life.
i have the pacbrake prxb, really nice setup
