oil on turbo

had my intake tube off today while changing my oil and noticed a little bit of oil build up right on the inside of the turbo. wandering if this is normal or something i need to be concerned about. thanks

A picture or a more detailed description would help ?
Are you using an oiled air filter , if so its common that the buildup is from the air filter .
