oil pressure question

I just got done installing a silver bullet turbo and a amsoil bypass filter I changed my oil and went to 5w-40 synthetic. My question is at idle with the engine temp at 180 my manual oil pressure gauge is reading only 11 psi of oil pressure is this ok or should I switch back to 15w-40 Anybody have a boost fooler for the aftermarket turbo that they do not need? I bought the turbo used and no fooler included
