Oil leak at front? Seal or timing cover?

I have oil on front of engine. oil level isnt going down and no drips on driveway but can see it. anyone have this? Some engines have leaks where others dont but is it common for the 5.9 cummins to have a leaky timing cover? I know they are known for front seals but what about timing covers?

My timing cover is weeping a tiny bit just to the driver side of the front seal. It hasnt even made a drip yet but it is wet around the area. I figure this summer I will pull the cover and might as well put a cam in at the same time.
