Question oil in coolant

can someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!2 days ago i was just cruising to the gym at 55mph and all of a sudden truck overheated. polled over and oil was coming out of my over flow tank of radiator. didnt have any coolant in my oil, just oil in my coolant. was told to replace the oil cooler and gaskets and i did, well now i have a ver very small ammount of coolant in my oil, the other way around. if it is not the oil cooler, what else could do this. i just put a new head gasket and studs on 2 weeks ago. any ideas.

Did you have the head surface checked for warpage?

yeah had it surfaced and everything. they said they found 3 cracks but it presure tested ok and they were near no oil or coolant passages. its weird man and it eats the oil like crazy. after i changed the oil cooler and gaskets, i would drain atleast 3 quarts of oil within 20 min. so its a pretty good leak but the weird thing is if it was a head gasket wouldnt i see bubbles in the radiator? because i havent seen one bubble.

No...you won't see "bubbles" at the radiator. You could have the system CO2 tested; device that hooks to the radiator cap and measures CO2 in the coolant system; positive indication for a head problem.

yeah i just got it towed to cummins west so i am going to have them test everything. hopefully its just the oil cooler. mabey i messed the gasket up when i put it on, if not really hope its just the head or head gasket. i really really realy dont want a cracked engine. what do you think the likely case is. its not the 53 block as cummins gave me the new updated block and they say its more than likely not cracked because this block is so stout and thick.

here is another question. i have been told by a couple of people now that it doesent really sound like a head gasket because the head doesent have high presure oil going to it. so that basically means i have a cracked block or cracked head which is no good. i have no clue. guess like you said i just need to get it presure tested to see where the leak is coming from.
