Let's see, off the top of my head, you turn the ignition on and press the accelerator three times within 10 seconds then turn off the ignition. It is in your manual.

.....and if you do like a few of my "in the dark" customers do you will ignore the reminder and simply re-set it and go with a 7500 mile oil change schedule and then wonder why the oil pan overfilled when the changed their own oil at home. sooty black 6.7 oil is REALLY fun to clean up I hear!

BTW, just changed the oil in my truck 2K miles ago and checked it last night, axactly the same amount as when I filled it and it is such a nice golden brown color! No black oil for me

Do all the 6.7's have the reminder light or only the laramie, etc... at how many miles do you all usually change the oil? My truck has 200 miles on it now when should I do the first one?
Thanks

If you've got an overhead display in your truck, it will show the oil change required message. I changed my oil the first time at 2K miles, then again at 6K miles, 10K miles, 15K, 20K, 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, and 50K. 500 miles is a bit paranoid I think. Shoot, alot of people buy their trucks out of state and put more miles on that just driving it home from the dealership.
