Oil blow by clean out

Oil blow by clean out
I have a 1999 Dodge Diesel. The quick lube places can't seem to find the "oil blow by clean out" when they change the oil. The dealer says that if it is not cleaned out on a regualr basis it blows oil all over the place,,,,which can appear to be a rear main oil seal leak. Anyway I just want to have it cleaned out on a regular basis, but the quick lube vendor seems to be at a loss (not going there anymore). Anyone know where it is located?
Thanks

It should be right behind the fan and attached to the timing cover (at least thats the location for my 2001). If you so desire, you can eliminate the bottle by extending the hose (use 3/4" heater hose) to the frame rail. This way you will never have to dump it again. If you need more details do a search or PM me.
Actually, I just picked up the parts today and am about to go out and do this very thing. Coincidence??
