Yea he mis spoke but what is more telling is how he fumbled and mumbled when questioned on his accusations against McCain. He's trying to play the victim and making McCain the offender. McCain denounced what Obama was complaining about just as Obama denounced false accusations against McCain yet for some reason Obama wants to claim that McCain's campaign is somehow behind the attacks against Obama but Obama has nothing to do with the complaints against McCain. Not exactly fair to cry fowl when his supporters are doing the same thing.

I don't quite understand your post but I'll try to address a couple things.

The first is I'm not accusing you as you say of supporting BHO; you have stated you do. Of course I think I'm right that McCain is better for this country. That is called an opinion not a slef righteous act. Going a little over the top stretch for that one I think. You are entitled to your opinion in which you think you're right that BHO is better. Ok, that's cool with me as that's what this country is all about. We have different opinions but that doesn't mean we can't go grab a beer after our debate.

I can't speak for the large Church in CA. but fear was used in the 1st testament and under the 1st covenant. We are under the 2nd covenant since He sent His only Son (Jesus) to earth to die for our sins. The difference here is a very long study. If you would like to know more then I would suggest a little reading. If not, that is your choice and I'm fine with that. As I said in a different thread, most of my friends are non believers and that's ok.

If you want to look at it literally then yes, I'm a follower of Jesus and he is the Shepherd.
