O5 Oil Filter?

I have not checked the book; what oil filter do we use with the 05's? Fuel Filter? are they the same as the 2001 and up?

Thanks!

You could use those.
But, the current oil filter is now shaped for socket attachment at the bottom.

Fleetguard part # LF16035. It's their best filter (StrataPore). -Steve

The LF3894 is the same filter as the 16035. It just doesn't have the flutes pressed into the can. Both are Stratopore. If you don't use the special socket that uses the flutes, then the 3894 is just as good. And cheaper. I use a KD band filter wrench. The flutes are of no use to me so I use the 3894 filter.
