Rattle is ok... if you get "popping" though... that is not. Depending on that popping sound you get, it will either be the rail draining (watch your rail pressure gauge, if it is below 20k and egts going up, then tune down one level), or excessive timing. If it is timing popping (which you should not get with only 50hp injectors) then go to timing #3. But the rattle is ok.

i read today on rp gauges 17k on i give full throttle the rp going down to 12 k an then up 23k
i have make full throttle around 2000 rpm in 5 gear.
if this normal?
(with floor it was same)

That is normal. Or at least close... I do not see quite the drop you are, but yes, it is normal to drop then recover when you instantly depress the throttle.

No problem, that's why we are all here. Generally the lower the rpm, the lower the RP too. Even at WOT. So when you go WOT, watch for RP to climb with the RPMs then max out at the 22-24.5k around 24-2500 rpm and up. It is when the RP drops way down, and stays down then barely climbs at all and stays low with either the "popping" noise or a sudden increase (above what you would normally see at a given power level) in egts, then you drained the rail.
