Not so good turbo noise...

I started off having what I thought was a boost leak or turbo issues. The truck would run up to about 25 lbs of boost then drop all boost and just roll coal. I ended up changing my awful air filter and bang all issues gone. Seeing right around 48#s of boost now. Only problem is Ive noticed this god awful noise after the truck sits for a while. My truck sounds like it has a siren. As the turbo spools it makes a higher and higher pitched sound. Which suddenly goes away. Sometimes its only when I let off the skinny pedal. It still makes boost fine. It seems like a oil pressure issue to me. Like the turbo is not getting lubrication then after a bit it finally gets what it needs and stops complaining. Like I mentioned it is only after it sits a while. It only does it for maybe a quarter mile. I checked the compressor wheel no play, no contact, no rubbing. Comments? Suggestions?

if the turbo was squeaking... im not sure that it would still be in one piece and turning.... They dont squeal long before giving up the ghost.
Could it possibly be a crack in the intercooler causing a high pitched whistling???
48 PSI???? so there more than a smarty there huh???

Nothing more than smarty TNT R programming. FASS fuel pump. The noise Im hearing is without a doubt RPM consistent. I can tell as the turbo spins faster it gets higher pitched. Im 99 percent sure its coming directly from the turbo. On a side note it has not done it in quite some time so now Im really confused.
