Hey, ok, maybe this'l open a can of worms, but oh well. I knows there;s already a KY chapter, but some of us (ok, me) find it hard to drive an hour (or two) to the meetings. Any of you folks from NoKy, SW Ohio, SE Indiana wanna start like maybe a 2nd branch of the KY chapter. I wanna get more involved in this club but its hard when the meetings are so far away. Anyone of like mind out there? I'm just tryin to make it easy for all of us to participate...
-Dave

That would be a nice thing to happen but who is going to start it? I don't have the time to do it and I don't think there are a whole lot of people in our area that are on DTR.
The present KYDTR meetings are going to be moved around so that we will have a meeting closer to us every once and awile. The next meeting is in Frankfort and I think the next one after that will be in northern KY somewhere.

This is true guys. We are moving the meeting place each month to help with other members. Bulthistle has come to us a couple of times so we are
going to Frankfort next month. Then you guys in the N. KY area can decide on a place. After that we will be in Maysville, KY. We try to make things
easier for all. :)

Speaking of coming to Frankfort.
I have a good home cooking resturant in mind and they have a meeting room in the rear part of the dinning area that they can close off. :D All I have to do is reserve it ahead of time.
I don't think it costs anything to reserve it.
That way we won't have to wait an hour like last time. :)
It's a good place to eat and family place to.
So keep this in mind so we can get an estimate on how many.
I sure hope you N. Ky boys will come down. I've been driving an hour to the last ones.
I'll be glad to drive up when it's your turn to host. I'll check out the details and let everyone know and then we can set a date.
Hope to see alot of you guys there.
Also this is not in town and there is alot of parking . We can line em up and let the neighborhood see that CUMMINS RULES. ;D

: Eddie : 8)

You are right it is hard to get together when it is a long drive, as Hired Gun stated we are moving our meeting around monthly so everyone can share on the driven. 98% of the KY DTR Chapter #2 members all live in Cynthiana or within 15mins of each other and we still found times when we all can't get together.
If you start a Northern KY Chapter then this summer both chapter can met and we will have lots more chances for everyone to get together. Let me know if you need anything to get your chapter up and running, I would love to see another chapter around here get started.
Ricki
