In need of a wrench day Joseph?

Hi Chris,

I'm right in the middle of my own personal wrench days. The crewcab is in pieces in the driveway and the diesel needs a brake job and possibly kingpin bushings. Thanks anyways.

Peace,
J

When it comes to mechanics I have issues. Seems everthing I touch requires two other things to be repaired before the first one is. I am installing a new radiator, shroud, and electric fan which didn't fit in front of the old water pump so I upgraded to a electric water pump, which requires a smaller diameter crankshaft pulley so that the power steering pump belt will clear the E-water pump. I had to find a T-Stat housing spacer that had a 3/8" npt hole in it for the thermo switch for the E-fan. The old T-Stat housing was rough so I ended up with a new one of those as well. I bought a kickdown cable from Lokar for the 727 and it required that I use their throttle cable and cable mounting bracket/spring kit as well. So I am currently waiting on the pulley before putting everything back together. Oh yeah! I needed a 100 amp alternator with all of the upgrades and had to send my forty amp out to be rebuilt. I am truly blessed that the truck made the trip from MS without breaking down on me.

Peace,

J
