No turn signal, unless headlights ON?

OK guys here's a really messed up one. No turn signals or 4 way flashers work unless my headlights are on. My brakes lights are messed up too with the head lights off. CHML brake & right side are the only 2 that work with the head light off. Lamp out chime started a couple of days ago but it was dark out, so I didn't understand what was up. I replaced the FCM and nothing changed. All bulbs are good and work fine with head lights on. Next step is the multifunction/multidisfunction switch in the column....any thoughts?
150k on the odo and sits much of the time now, only put 7k on it last year.

thanks

Possibly the multi-function switch, but usually that will cause erratic behavior.

left blinker when using right or hazards come on when using either blinker or the wipers.

Our old Patriot did something similar and they rebooted/flashed the computer system, problem solved.
