I took the plate and took the afc off and it didn't make any more power or smoke and the egts didn't move

I would then say you have a filter system problem. There are many good posts on fuel system leaks and suggestion for clogs or restrictions.. I will have to search and see myself.

The filters are fairly new and i have a fass 150 to feed it so it's not gonna run out

un hook the fuel line near the pump and run some fuel through it< app 2 gal>to make sure flow is not restricted someware you are not aware of like a partly pluged line or a cloged tank filter/screen .

i worked on hydralics for a while and saw fittings that were not drilled through all the way and blocked / restricted flow ???

also make sure wire to pump carries required ampes or pump may run slow !
