No Fog Lights

I have the auxillary switch for the fog lights that are in the dash by the drivers knee. I noticed both bulbs were burnt out but when I put new bulbs in they did not work and the fuse is ok. Is there a relay somewhere or is the switch bad? Any help would be great

Yes, there is a relay (or 2 if there is a separate high beam interlock relay) in the PDC in the engine bay and they do go bad.

I looked in the PDC and could not find any relays labeled fog lights and the dodge dealer said there were no relays. Would they not be labeled fog lights or are they in a different spot?
