No Dome Light - No Cargo Lights
2006 2500, 5.9 Diesel..........No dome light, bulb is good. No voltage with meter.
No Cargo lights.

I disconnected the batteries as suggested on this site...........No joy!

Any idea what and where to look.........It's dark in here!

check the dimmer switch near the headlamp switch .Check fuses under the hood their marked .
