No Brake pedal
Just finished changing the brakes on the front of the truck at 434,000.
Changed Rotors, Calipers and pads.
Changed the wheel bearing on the drivers side.
Bled the brakes and pedal was fine.
Started the truck for the test drive and there is no pedal. Have bled the system several times. No air, just fluid.
Any ideas?

You have trapped air in the system...Use your pressure bleeder backwards starting from the farthest bleeder screw in sequence working forward toward the M/C...This will force the air into the reservoir......Ben

Did you put the calipers on the correct sides? The bleed screw on the calipers will be on the top. If they are on the bottom then this is your problem. I have seen this mistake made a couple of times.

After she read it to me, it dawned quickly that the back ones were up and the fronts were down.
Thanks for your help. They work wonderfully now.

Only get paid what I think I am worth. Today and last night, I think I should have worked for free.
The sun was hot, I was parched, dirty and hungry. Left the truck and borrowed friends little pickup. Went and got more fluid this morning and started at 7:30 am.
I knew there was something I had to have done wrong.
I had two friends come by and we worked most of the day.
Called my wife and when she read it, I asked again. This was at 2 in the afternoon.
We all felt like fools.
1 hour later, done.
The only plus side, is when changing them through the day, I noticed the left axle u joint was bad again for the third time. Just went ahead and fixed it.
