Newer seats on a 92 ram 250 ?

Newer seats on a 92 ram 250 ?

Is it har to modify a newer seat with a center consul that folds down to my first gen it's a 92 le with the normal bench seat and I want the two bucket seats with the center consil that is also a seat

heck yes! i got seats from a 94 in my 93. as long as the seat will fit between the doors, she'll go in.
if i was you, i would weld new metal onto the new seat, so you can use the stock holes in the floorboards.
if its a standard cab you wont be able to lay em back, but what else is new lol

i'd go with 2001 quad cab seats belt built in to seats

I went with the 2000 front seat with built in seat belts and center console. I think I paid $250 at a junk yard. Has drIverside electric controls. Pretty easy to install if you have a welder to make a frame for it.

There is a great post in the sticky to show you how to build a frame to put the second gen seats in a first gen, it even has a blueprint to build a frame

That was my write up..... It was in my crewcab, but should be very similar in a reg or ext cab set-up.

frame for seat conversion

Watch using the newer 2nd gen seats they require power to release the belts that are built in to the back rest. Its a simple fix to run switched power to release them.

I have the 2000 seats with the seatbelts built in and have power to them not hard to do
