New TWIN SETUP

Well I got the new hotpipe all built today. Its 3.5" that is all wrapped. I also got the Engineered Diesel spacer mount for the 50mm JGS TURBO External wastegate. The setup is a HTB2 62/65-12 with S475 with all custom piping that I built in the driveway. Ran really good on the test drive right till the intercooler boot decided to blow in half. Gonna order new boots tomorrow and dyno on friday to see what the new setup has. Hoping for 600hp but I'll see what the HO limits me at.
The wastegate and mount.

The picture I took with my phone. More to come tomorrow

With the turbos and wastegate and all the piping and fittings probably right at $3k. Not too bad. I always wanted something a little different and I have all the tools to build it so why buy it?

Which turbos are you using? It looks like a S400 series I guess for the primary. To me, until you wastegate opens, your primary will not see any exhaust flow.

No the wastegate is just there to help the drive pressure and so that I don't over spool the HTB2. I got it all done tonight and WOW. The S475 lights about 10psi lower than it did before and spools twice as fast I think. At 20psi its already making about 5-7psi. I am going to dyno on friday do that I can adjust it a little bit better but so far its awesome
