New truck wow and wows
So far i put about 3000 miles on my truck since i bought it 2 weeks ago.
I have had two rims get cracks in them. Managed to get 17.5 mpg going 75 on the interstate the whole time with my 37 in tires.
So today i finished up a 1000 mile treck and when i puled into my destination my coolant was gushing out somewhere under the hood. It was dark out and could only tell that it was running out from something about the alternator area. It was gushing pretty hard, so it couldnt have happened too long before i ended my drive. I pushed it hard early in the day, when i was going through NY city traffic, but the last 80 miles i just had cruise control take charge. I leave tomorrow morning to go underway, so i wont be able to figure what happened until the middle of august.
I put a banks intake on it and it was fine. and then when i installed my bully dog tripple dog with outlook monitor, i am getting the intake temperature high error code. I can clear it and it stays away for a couple of days, but then comes back.
Well that is all i have for now. I do love the truck. It gets a lot of looks up here in CT, guess they are not used to big trucks.
