new track best

ran my best et at the track last night. was running 12.0 on motor the first 2 runs trying to get 11's on motor but just couldnt get it. squirted it with a 41 jet the last run and ran a 11.78 @ 108 with a 1.74 sixty. truck shut off 3/4 ways down the track on the 11.78 run for some reason so thats why the mph is slow.it actually drifted through the 1/4 mile marker. probaly would have ran 11.50's if it wouldnt have shut down. on the 12.0 runs i was running @ 114 mph so im not sure if i was hitting some kind of limiter with the nos or what. i thought the rad took care of that but the 11.78 run should of been in the 118- 119 mph range. any one else have problems with this?

I don't doubt that at all! I hope to have at least a few eyebrows raised when I run this spring...won't be near as fast, but it'll be pretty decent.

Man guys, you have to let me know when you are running! I am only 10 minutes away from the track! I used to run my car there all the time.

Man, I see these threads and ged mad, cause I know I would be rite along side of you guys with times like this. My only problem is I don't have $800 to spare for a set of drag radials and rims. My best et is in my sig, but ran a best mph of 13.01@113.2 with a sorry 2.67 60ft. on the nitrous, so with good traction I shoud get into the 11's on spray and 12.1-12.2 on motor.
