New steering box. Where to buy? How much?
I am looking to buy a new or rebuilt steering box for my truck since the steering is too loose. I have already installed the DSS brace which helped out significantly. But, since the box is so worn I can not tighten it up any more. Will a remanufactured box from Advance be any good? Should I only buy a new box? Where can I buy a new box? Does anyone make one with a quicker ratio? It seems like I have to turn the wheel too far to make a slight turn like the ratio is not right.
