Post New Power Distribution Wiring Diagram

Even though I'm very happy to have the FSM wiring diagrams from http://dens-site.net/Dodge_CTD/1991.5-Wiring_Diagrams/, I have found them very lacking. I've been taught that complaining without taking action is gossip, so I've started creating my own diagrams based on the diagrams from the newer FSMs. I figure I'm not the only person who has found hard to read and I hope the diagram of the power distribution is helpful.

I'm working to convert other original FSM diagrams to to newer look and will post them as I complete them. Please keep in mind I didn't include the pretty pictures of the connectors, etc. and that the diagrams are more concerned with showing circuit layouts rather than the physical layouts. But I digress ....

I hope y'all find this helpful.

Casey

Anything has to be an improvement over the FSM.

Did I say I HATE the factory service manual diagrams as they are printed in the book. The old Chilton's single page were better because you didn't have to try and sort through 3 or 4 pages just to see a partial circuit. I have built radio receivers and transceivers in the past and that was easier than trying to follow a circuit in the Dodge FSM!

I'm working on more and will have the Hazards/Turn Signals and Fuse distribution up in the next couple of days. I'm glad this is helpful.

Post (First Gen) Turn Signals/Hazards Diagram

I appreciate your kind words about the diagrams and I'm glad they're helpful. I've attached the Turn Signals / Hazards.

In the original FSM wiring diagrams, they refer to other sheets (e.g. SH 25), but I've changed that to refer to page numbers (e.g. 8W-28). Just subtract 3 from the page number and you'll get the sheet numbers for the original FSM. Since this is a work in progress, there will be dead-ends.

Next up will be the Fuse Box distribution.
