New PacBrake but it's not working

I bought a 5" remote PacBrake from Larry a little over a week ago and installed it on Friday. It took me awhile to get it done, but all seemed to work well when I finished. I drove the truck home about 3-4 miles and it seemed to be doing OK. Saturday morning I started it up and really liked the warm-up feature. Within 2-3 miles it stopped working. When the compressor runs the LED in the toggle switch eventually turns green and I presume that means the preset pressure has been met. When I back off the accelerator the LED turns either amber or red. I'm not sure what those mean. Today I checked all the electrical connections and they're OK. When I start the truck with the PacBrake off the compressor runs up to pressure and then the brake [U]tries[U] to cycle 3 times, but it doesn't sound like it's actually getting closed. I think the compresser either isn't providing enought pressure, or the brake has seized up. I even tried to cycle the brake with compressed air from my shop compressor but I could tell it was not closing. I've sent an email to PacBrake relating the issues and asking for a phone call contact. Any one have any other ideas?
