Hello, I have just bought my first diesel and its a 93 Pick-up W250 Auto, with 122000 miles and runs really well and in very good shape. I really am learning alot from this forum that is full of great info. I am the second owner. The person i bought it from just had the tranny rebuilt by a good shop and just put a new injector pump on also. From what i am hearing those are the two weak links on this truck so I am hoping the truck is good for a long time. I paid 6000 for the truck. I watched 3 videos that crossy's son put together on some small tweaks for throttle response, adjusting the fuel pin and bumping the timing an 1/8 inch. Can i do those those mods without gauges? I plan on gauges very soon.
