Anybody installed a pyrometer with an "exhaust temp amplifier & driving circuit box"? I know what it's for, but is it necessary? I didn't have an amplifier for the DiPricol I put in my last truck. Assuming it is needed, can the 12v input still come off of the lamp circuit dimmer switch?

I found my answer. There are two voltage inputs. One to the amplifier and one (from the dimmer switch) to the lamp.[eyecrazy]
