New guy from AZ

Hey all. I got bit by the diesel bug a few years ago, after getting out of the service. After driving my dad's D-Max, I will never go back to gasoline for a truck. When I can afford it, I'll be getting a CTD Ram.

I'm here mostly to learn how to do maintenance and convert an older Wrangler to diesel, using a Cummins.

Welcome thank you for your service. Good luck with the jeep, are you looking at a first gen or second motor?

I was looking to do something like this:

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=112807

A Cummins 3.3L Ag/Industrial engine in a '94 Wrangler. I'd save the 5.9L for an old J truck, a Wagoneer or just buy a Ram. Probably use a first gen, since they are the easiest of Cummins to convert to straight veggie oil (relatively speaking of course), and I know someone I can get the oil from.
