new exhaust question

i started having some dead pedal problems so i cut the exhaust off and installed a resinator. i got a factory take off out of a newer gas hemi. dous anyonne know if it would be to much back pressure or if it would hurt anything, or would i get better performance and fuel milage from just running straight pipes? thanx

Is the resonator a straight thru design? I wouldn't put one from a gasser on a diesel. A diesel flows way more air.
