i have to get an inspection next month and they have started cracking down hard on us for taking off the cats on the newer trucks. The problem i have is where i had to cut the origanal pipe was right defore the cat where that kink is in the pipe. At the time i didnt care sense it was just getting a piece of flex pipe put on, but now i have to change the down pipe. my question is for the guys that have changed the down pipe and put the cat on, what company has the best fitment? I noticed if at the last bend where the pipe goes strait if that bend is to low it will cause the cat to either not fit, sit on or raddle on that cross memeber that is under it. i am going to be putting on SS piping and that cat will be put on with band clamps so i can take it off after. just not sure on pipe sizing i might run 5" not sure, i know i dont need it and it can cause a little turbo lag but 5" strait does sound nice. thanks for the help
