New ddp stage 2 injectors , one leaking , help
Spent a week installing new head gaskit , ARP studs and DDP stage 2 injectors , started it up no leaks , went for a ride and noticed number 1 injector was leaking . I loosened the line nut then tightened , removed return line sealing washer and re-intalled , still leaks , removed number 1 and 2 injector and swapped out , and it now leaks @ # 2 . Upon removal I checked to make sure injector itself was tightened together and it was tight , and thoughts ?

Its leaking from the injector body to the high pressure line right? I had mine leak from the return line and needed to really clean the tubing connection and copper "U" washer.
I would just take some fine emery and clean the injector end and tubing. its a compression fit so also make sure all the threads on the injector are clean and straight, it could be binding before its tight.
After all that call DDP..

Well I removed the injector with leaking fuel issue which was in # 2 hole , polished the area where the return line goes on and moved it to # 3 hole and installed 3 new sealing washers for 1 -3 hole . Fired it up and I now have a fuel leak on # 3 and it is pretty clear that it the injector itself and only leaks after a few minutes and gets hot . Lenny @ DDP said it is very rare to have this issue , however it does happen every once in a while and is over-nighting me an injector . Anyone else had this issue ?
