This could be I usually order mine, I get them at 3 at a time. I get the Fleetgaurd stratapore fuel filters and it say exectly that on the top of them. This last batch I ordered 2 of them said Fleetgaurd on the top, and 1 didnt say anything. The one that said nothing on top did seem to be of cheaper quality. Maybe this was a mistake from the company, or maybe the new ones are going to be cheap knock-offs???!!! But like you said, same price as the "good" ones....

I just ran into the same thing, only I thought the price went up. I spent $68 for 3 fuel filters. They did NOT EVEN COME IN A BOX! filters look cheap. These were bought at Cummins in Hiliard Ohio. Looks to me like these will be the last filters I purchase directly from Cummins. I have a good NAPA store and they will get my filter business from now on.

I've been getting all my filters from fleetfilter.com

They sell Wix/Napa filters and they've always been good quality. The price is right too, especially if you go ahead and spend enough to get free shipping.

I ordered a oil filter and a 7 micron fuel filter from Geno's garage and there was no individual boxes for either. The oil filter looked the same but I refuse to use the fuel filter. I will be getting rid of the factory fuel filter all together for a 2 micron aftermarket unit since dodge doesn't offer fine enough filtration!

WIX is all I use. Hard to beat 30 plus years of good experiences with their products for me!

I picked up a couple and I thought the very same thing. 5m gong to stay with the Stratapore for the oil but will likely switch the fuel filter to Baldwin...

Maybe they are getting cheaper. But nothin comes close to the one I pulled outta my truck after I first bought it... It looked like someone cut up some cardboard and glued it together.... Was the cheapest and prolly the worst filtering filter I have ever seen...
