New bumpers are on!

Got my new Raod Armor bumpers installed this weekend. I still have a few little details to finish up, like the fog lights and some more marker lights. You can check out some pics on my Webshots Album.

Yes they are my friend, yes they are. Anyone know how they compare to other popular brands, such as Ranch Hand, in a collision? Just seeing if the "name" would make any difference.

P.S. My old truck had a King Klaw full front replacement. When I t-boned a mustang, the mounting brackets on the bumper bent the frame..= total'ed truck

Not sure how they stand up to the others in a crash but they are air bag compatible. They bolt to the stock bumper locations and use the stock bolts. The thinnest peace of steel on the bumper is 3/16" plate, and Road Armor claims that the angles of the bumpers make them stronger.

I bought mine through the one time group purchase on the TDR and saved some serious $$$$$$.

Man, those are purty! If I didn't already have the money set aside for injectors, turbo and ATS manifold, I'd order those up today.

Any chance you could PM me with what ya paid for 'em?

Thanks,
Conrad

AlpineRam,

The wheels are Weld Road Hawks in 16.5x9.75 and the tires are BFG MT Km's, 33x12.50x16.5's.

Thanks for all the complements guys.

Dang Webshots.

Can't get there from work, they have it blocked for some reason.

Have to wait till I get home to look.

Unless you put them in your gallery here, I'll approve them, I promise.

So let it be.

Nice bumpers.
Bet they set you back a bit.

Only thing I don't like about the front one is no grill coverage.

Thank you Sir.

They offer grill coverage in a big way. Just wasn't something I wanted or needed.

And you probably saved a grand or so opting to not go with the grill guard.

Actually I think it was about $700 or $800 depending on which guard you went with.
