Welcome to the Alberta Chapter!
Looks like you have been playing with that truck a bit already. Again, we are having a little shin-dig in E town on Saturday. Look up the dyno thread for details on the event location and there is a BOMBVoy on the way up that day from Cowtown.
Cheers!

Welcome and nice truck... Sadly I can't make the Edm Dyno get together but perhaps a casual Calgary get together this spring would be possible?...

You just never know when a GTG is gonna happen, of course wouldn't take much to throw a meet time and place and see what happens.

Very nice looking truck, welcome aboard. We are in the works on having a summer GTG in Red Deer. Our good friends opened up a shop in the Deer and really want to have the diesel crowd too. They are going to build some ramps to keep the trucks level instead of such a harsh angle. It's a new Mustang dyno and the highest numbers they have seen is 289hp. Ohhh, is that dyno going to get some major abuse soon!!![laugh][laugh][laugh] Does this sound good guys??

Sounds like a plan. I'm heading off on Thursday night, so if its before then, I'll be up for it.
cuminpwrjr, right now there is no official membership, but our fearless leader is working on getting all the paper work done. I'm sure he will fill us in when he gets a chance.

Vex Tuning . It's a new shop owned by Myron Senko.
I would also like to attend a GTG. I am free until the ground thaws, which may be soon with all the great temperatures we have been getting.

OK let the carnage ensue...........[guitar]
I'll make time. after we move in 10 days I'm pretty clear sailing the rest of the year. I got 2 weeks off in July and 2 weeks off in Aug............DPS dyno day is in June I think. we should make a strong high octane Dodge showing there. then maybe wreck reddeer in july or aug. If this head hold severything down........Im'a gonna beat it good this summer. Got some TOYO Proxes ST coming too [coffee]

Sounds good. Jason, I'll talk to the guys at Vex soon and let ya know what/when they think. I'll run my new truck to see if they have everything to make it work. Road bans go on tomorrow so things should start to slow down and the spring fever will appear. Should be lots of guys wanting to dyno soon...

Hey Jamie...how about some pics of your new truck. I hate to see that you sold the 01. I liked reading up on it since our trucks are alike. Sold her for a good penny...good job! Still have mine and still on the fence of weather or not I want to sell it. I don't drive it much since I am never home.......15,000km's in three years!!

Ouch Dave... Hey I made it! Just a little late.[laugh]
I would like to take a rip on the ol Mustang. Just to warm it up for them..LOL.. Then the bigger power dogs can have their way with it. Keep me up to speed Jamie, this could be a good summer time event. And as we were talking, just an un-sponsored, all the DTR bretheren, hoods up type of meet. No prizes, no fluff, no pressure. Just the ol boys club kind-a feel... I think everyone can learn alot if there aren't dyno spikers trying to take home the crown.

Why's that Kevin???
Jamie, I had problems with traction at 650 hp, let alone 1050 or more,, probably by summer I might be 1200
Kevin

Traction seems to be the issue on the dyno and the track.. To me the Mustang has the holding power, just the rollers are slippy. I noticed the roller on the Dynojet was knurled. They should try that on the Mustang rollers, or have the rubber type that the one PDR has.
