Need Some help with front end alignment

I have a 2006 3500 drw,, I was showing some wear on the outside front right tire,, went in to get this checked and they found the right tie rod needing replaced, so they did, and did a alignment on the truck ,,, now it has a slight pull to the right , so I have to drive with the wheel turned to the left some,,,, went again today so that can check it again ,, the tec does feel the pull to the right , but cant find anything out of spec,.. so the ? is .. what is the specs on the front end ,, does any one know the specs for the front end on a 2 wheel drive ,, they are getting a hunter tec out fryday to cal/ the heads and they are going to check it again after that ,, I was just thinking if i knew the spec i could see what it should be or what would be the best setting. oh and one more titbit it does have new ball joints on it lower and upper and the front end is tight.
thanks

Rotate the tires and see if it goes away. May be from the tire wear.

After all the trouble I had with the service dept. at the dealership I bought my truck from I have very little confidence in some of those so called "certified technicians." I'd find me a reputable front end shop and have them check it. I too noticed odd wear patterns on my front tires and the dealership told me it would cost a grand for new tie rods and ends!!!! It was just barely out of warranty...go figure... so I ran from there to a guy I knew that was nothing but a front end man. For $25 he aligned it and I rotated the tires and all was good. 282k miles and still have those "worn out tie rods and ends" on there with the same alignment.

I just had the truck back on the lift again , they are still saying there is nothing wrong ,, and i agree with them ,, but what they are doing is putting what thay are saing it is good from this to that span, i think the toe need to be on the left a - 1/2 to -.o1 to from the right side to off set the roads ,,, and they are saying it does not matter ,, i am going to call dodge and see if i can get the specs from them on what the factory sets it at ,, like i said i was showing wear on right side of the out side of the tire , but i al so had no pull before thefront end was worked on ,, i know i am a bit picky but i dont like the way i have to keep turning to the left to keep the truck going down the road

Not exactly, but close. The toe should be dead even on both sides, or it will only end up resulting in a steering wheel that isn't straight. The specs will be given in an acceptable range, and it is up to the technician to see that the adjustments are all situated in the correct area within the range. Generally, you would allow for a fraction of a degree more positive camber or less positive caster on the left, to compensate for road crown. Also, the rear axle should be checked for a thrust angle. It will cause a pull if it is not square to the vehicle. I would expect an alignment-trained technician to be well aware of all this.
