I have to replace the rear axle seal on my 2001 with disc brakes. I have a dana 70 and need 2 new axle nuts as well as the wedges and seals. Any idea where I can get the parts? Doesn't look like my local auto parts store carries any. Any help would be appreciated.

I have found the Nylok nuts and wedges in the Dorman book listed for a Ford Dana 70. Same part.

??? I thought the Fords ran Visteon Sterling rear axles. I'm guessing we're talking about a fairly old Ford to have a Dana?

If you are anywhere near a 6 States they have about all parts you need that are available for a Dana.

I found them on Advance Auto website. Dropped back to 83 F350 and sure enough found the part numbers. The lock nuts are 81035 and the wedges are 81036. Maybe we should have a sticky for this, or maybe there is already one.
